The above picture clears that there are four things which defined a mentality of human being. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. These Four Constraints also helps to determine how we handle stress as compare to others and make choices. From childhood and adolescence through adulthood, Mental Health is most important at every stage of life.
Over the years of your life, if you have any mental
health problems then your thinking, your mood, your and behavior could also be
affected. Many factors contribute to mental health problems, including:

Biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry
·
Life
experiences, such as trauma or abuse
·
Family
history like mental health problems
According
to the WHO (World Health Organization), mental health is:
“A state of well-being in which the
individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses
of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a
contribution to his or her community.”

stress. You have a lot more control than you might think. One of the basic and simple
realizations that you’re in control of your life, which is the foundation of
managing stress. Managing of Stress is all about taking charge: of your
thoughts, lifestyle, emotions, and the way you deal with your problems.
Conclusion:
Mental strength is something which can
be developed, as can psychological and Emotional resilience. Virtually anyone
can develop these skills, and Mental Health will be an invaluable asset
throughout a person’s life, and in more ways than one.
