MIND STRENGTHENING – YOUR MENTAL HEALTH

 The above picture clears that there are four things which defined a mentality of human being. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. These Four Constraints also helps to determine how we handle stress as compare to others and make choices. From childhood and adolescence through adulthood, Mental Health is most important at every stage of life.

Over the years of your life, if you have any mental health problems then your thinking, your mood, your and behavior could also be affected. Many factors contribute to mental health problems, including:

 

·        Many Biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry

·        Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse

·        Family history like mental health problems

 

 According to the WHO (World Health Organization), mental health is:

“A state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.”


IMPORTANCE OF MENTAL HEALH


1. Displaying Positive Behavioral Patterns:

People with good mental strength as compare to others are far more likely to demonstrate positive behavior. They have different perspective on life. They develop positive outlook on life. Instead of walking away from a problem, they are more likely to deal with it in a positive manner.


1.  Mental Strength and Employment

There is a clear link between mental strength and the ability to not only find a job but also to keep a job. The most important thing is to keep a job, not only finding a job. Those students who have good mental strength are far more likely to get good grades as compare to others and they will complete their studies, whereas those lacking in mental strength or having Mental problems are far more likely to drop out along the way.

1.  Mental Strength and Personal Well being :

 

Those who have good mental strength almost always get to enjoy a greater sense of well being, and they experience many several benefits including the following:

·        They are more able to handle bad days.

·        They are more able to deal with adversity.

·        They are less likely to get caught up in spreading negative vibes.

They tend to enjoy better sleep, which helps them to do the work efficiently.


1.  Dealing with Stress :

It may seems like, you can do nothing about stress. You have a lot more control than you might think. One of the basic and simple realizations that you’re in control of your life, which is the foundation of managing stress. Managing of Stress is all about taking charge: of your thoughts, lifestyle, emotions, and the way you deal with your problems.

Conclusion:

Mental strength is something which can be developed, as can psychological and Emotional resilience. Virtually anyone can develop these skills, and Mental Health will be an invaluable asset throughout a person’s life, and in more ways than one.
