When nature calls, then there is
nothing that can intend to stop it. Whatever has to happen, has to happen. No one
can build a control on that.
Yes, Yes you got me right. I am
talking about the recent Uttarakhand Glacier flood incident.
On 7 February 2021, Sunday morning a
glacier burst in Reni village of Chamoli in Garhwal Himalayas of
Uttarakhand caused a flash flood in Rishi Ganga river.
The flood is likely to have
killed around 100-150 people. The rescue team has been there from the
very that moment and had been successful in rescuing many people but a major
part has been lost to the divine power.
Now what is the question that
strikes our mind? Maybe the one that has to appear, or that should come that
what is the cause of this flood, or glacier slide?
Why so spontaneous?
Well the answer is not needed to
be thought upon much. A very well answer to this question is this, somehow
somewhere we are the one who are responsible for this such big accident. Global
warming is at it's peak and still there seems no ending of it. We the humans
are going this much amount of brutal over everything that we are just watching
our own benefit at the cost of ecosystem. The cutting down of trees and no
planting at their places loosens the roots, that results in such accidents.
IS there no point of
awareness inside us?
Are we this much
selfish?
The nature has already given us
so much for our survival but now we are expecting more than the required, and
the effect has now reversed, the nature has opted the newton's third law of
motion that is “EVERY ACTION HAS EQUAL AND OPPOSITE REACTION.”
And this needs to be done. We
never stopped until we are slapped for our mistake. Nature is itself a human, and
we should take care of it as well. Not only global warming, landslides, tsunami,
earthquakes and many more are the accidents that are never imagined, they
just fall into the line whenever they are supposed to be. So as a CONCLUSION,
I only want to add that it is the high time to stop, high time to rise, high
time to awake and put some efforts in minding the situation in the best
possible way by keeping our mother earth and nature in mind. We will always get
best from it if and only if we give it something back and that also in a very
positive way.
