Health And Fitness For Busy People
Now days, everyone is busy due to busy schedule in their lives. Everyone wants to be financially strong but not physically. In the sake of money they ignore their physical health which is the real wealth of our life. We can maintain our fitness by many ways at home without spending much money/time in gym or fitness cent re and on fitness equipment. Here are some hacks to remain healthy and fit:
1. Wake up routine: When you wake up in the morning, do some easy exercise on the bed like moving your neck from left to right and moves your neck in circular motion, crunches, plank, sit-ups, cobra pose, child pose and some yogasans which you feels you can do easily on your bed . So you can give 5 to 6 minutes to make your body healthy. And drinks lurk-warm water or fresh water daily with empty stomach.
2. Diet plan: It is a fact that, skipping breakfast can reduce your aging power. Eat properly thrice a day, you can choose heavy meal for breakfast and lunch but light in dinner. Because there is no movement in body while we sleeping which causes, difficulty in digestion of food. We should eat something after 2 hours in a day like salads, fruits, etc. We should drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day and always eat healthy and avoids junk food.

3. Avoid bad habits: We should avoiding sitting and standing in a bad posture because it causes Lordosis, Kyphosis, Bow Legs and Scoliosis. And do not use too much smartphones because it causes survical and it is harmful for our eyes also. Some addictions like smoking, alcohol, drugs also causes bad impact on our health.
4. Don't take stress: Now a days, everyone is very stressed in their personal life and working style of life which is the major cause of increasing the heart diseases, depression, anxiety. To reduce stress You can also do yoga, meditation or any other alternate.
5. Find opportunities for doing exercise: We should use stairs rather than lifts and while talking on smartphone, we should start walking. At least we will walks on that time. It is the best way for walking in our busy schedule of the day. When you wake up for a while from your work, then drag(stretch) your body. Always invent a reason go for a walk.
6. Hygienic environment: The environment around us has a great impact on us. When the environment around us is good and clean, then we also like to do our work and we feels relaxed and refreshed. We get energy and positive vibes by having a good environment. But in a unhygienic surroundings we feels stress and mood off and we can’t concentrate on our work . So keep your surroundings neat and clean with positive energy.
7. Sleep properly: We should sleep well for at least 7 or 8 hours in a day. If you don’t sleep well then you will be irritable all day. If you sleep properly then you feels energetic all day and completely concentrate on your tasks while working and you will be able to stay fit and your brain works effectively and efficiently.
8. Social circle: People have the tendency that we should follow other people, that what they are doing, we should do the same. So keep the circle around you, which has the determination to stay healthy and have positive thoughts. And stay away from negative people because they have an negative impact on us.
9. Dancing is also a best exercise: Dance is a great exercise to stay healthy. So whenever you get time in your spare time, then you should dance a little bit. It is an act like a workout.
10. Live an active lifestyle: To live an active lifestyle, wake up early in the morning, do exercise regularly and maintain proper diet to stay fit. We must eat nutritious foods everyday, which enhance our physical as well as mental strength. Various seasonal fruits ,vegetables can enhance our blood circulation and improve our energy level to do regular activities.
CONCLUSION: Health and fitness for busy people are important to discard the chances of weight gain. It is important to maintain proper diet chart to gain proper energy and nutrition. Busy people do not manage their time to have timely food and exercise which make them unable to have improved metabolic system and well organized lifestyle. Therefore, we must maintain proper lifestyles and healthy diet to maintain strong body fitness.Regular exercise is also important for our health and fitness.
