What students can learn from Indian Festival

 India's rich and healthy festivals are a testament to our diverse culture and traditions. Celebrations in India focus on the Lord's birthday, traditional myths, seasonal changes, relationships, and much more. Celebrations are celebrated regardless of religion or nationality, which draws people closer and builds a strong personal bond.

Ceremonies and students

From an early age, babies in India are a part of every festive occasion. This helps them to understand the customs of each festival and to develop a fondness for festivals and celebrations. As they grow older, they love these festivals and want to celebrate as much as they can to enjoy them. You will see many young people participating in festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Durga Puja and Christmas. These festivals bring them closer together with the world, and they add to the sense of patriotism as well.

For readers, it is a great way to understand the rich heritage of India and learn about the importance of various festivals. The festival also helps students from all over the world to learn about India and its history. This creates a good reputation for our country in the world and gives us the opportunity to spread the rich heritage of our country. Many schools/Colleges organize cultural exchanges for students that promote a cultural learning experience. Cultural exchange programs promote harmony between nations and students have the opportunity to learn about foreign culture.

The spirit of celebration

Our ancient traditions have given the world a variety of festivals and celebrations. Many visitors come to India to see the various festivals and to enjoy the pleasures. The Indians celebrate various seasons such as plowing day, harvest day, changing times, and much more.



Previously, there was something to celebrate every day, so people celebrated 365 days a year. However, now with our busy schedules, we are able to manage to celebrate only 8-10 festivals on average per year. Some of these include:

Diwali

This festival of lamps is probably the most important festival in Hindu culture. It is celebrated with great pride and enthusiasm and is known for bringing wealth and prosperity to individuals and homes.

Durga Puja / Dussehra

This festival is widely celebrated in West India. It celebrates the victory of good over evil. Also known as Navratri and is celebrated 9 night time.

Holi

This color festival is celebrated throughout the nation and marks the beautiful spring season. Colorful interdependence, the enjoyment of folk music, dance together and wild rituals are some of the hallmarks of Holi.


Christmas

The celebration celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ and promotes love, tolerance, and brotherhood. People love to decorate the tree and their homes and bring gifts to family members during this time.

Eid

This outstanding festival is celebrated by Muslims all over the world. It is celebrated in the month of Ramzan and people enjoy delicious food, new clothes and prayer ceremonies.

Other popular Indian festivals include Lohri, RakshaBandhan, KarvaChauth, RathYatra, KumbhMela, etc. With so many celebrations to celebrate, the Indians certainly have millions of reasons to rejoice! Indian culture.
